About payment

 

We make an estimate after hearing on your request. After your estimate approval, we will request electronic payment using an electronic bill or settlement in advance.

 

○Bank Transfer (If the payer is in Japan)

 

Please kindly send your payment to our bank account after we send you an invoice. Upon confirmation of your payment, our service will be begun, or your order will be delivered. All bank charges must be paid by customers.

 

 

○Settlement based upon a bill(invoice)

 

In reply to your inquiry, we send you an electronic estimate by email (in English or Japanese). After your confirmation, please input information needed for credit card payment into an input screen. Payment will be completed after purchase determination. Systems of Square, Inc. will be used for payment based upon a bill. No matter how you pay, the payment information will be sent directly to Square, Inc. and no personal information is in an accessible condition for us. Square, Inc. (head office: California in US, CEO: Jack Dorsey, hereinafter referred to Square) tied up with Sumitomo Mitsui Financial Group, Inc. and established a joint corporation with Sumitomo Mitsui Card Company, Limited (head office: Minato, Tokyo.) In 2013, they launched their service in Japan. Jack is the founder and CEO of Square, and the co-founder and CEO of Twitter.

<Shipping fees>

We will let you know the shipping fee when a payment is required. There are some cases where special transport service for art works is needed, and in such cases, we will let you know that in advance.

We'll let you know when it's billed. We sometimes use the transportation service for art objects, but we will consult in advance.

○Cancellation Policy

 

If you cancel in a week to a month before the date, 50 % of the fee is on your charge. If you cancel thereafter or on the date, 100% of the fee is on your charge. If it is cancelled due to customer’s information, arrangement fees and a transfer fee must be paid by customers. Cancellation and change of order of products which are made after customer’s order cannot be accepted after confirmation. Also, by the nature of our service, there can be cases where some expense to prepare is on your charge even when you cancel before the date. Expense to return must be paid by customers.

 

 

○ Notification

 

*There can be cases where the color of art works in photographs are different from the real thing. Please be understanding of this beforehand.

*Each service is held between customers and providers of services. We can accept customer’s opinion and questions regarding our services, but we are not responsible for any damage or any other troubles caused by our services, unless they are intentional acts or acts of gross negligence.
